(2) 12" wheels, mechanical jack and tongue assembly.
Tongue assembly includes (2) mounting brackets to fasten tongue to bleacher frame.
Each transportable bleacher includes wheel attachment brackets & horizontal lifting brace.
Only one transport kit is necessary to move several bleachers.
